During recent months the term ‘credit crunch’ has become a key phrase in our vocabulary, but what does this mean for housing & regeneration in the North West Region?  

This free to attend event explored the major issues and look to how we can address these in the short, medium and long term.

Speakers: 

The event was chaired by Deborah McLaughlin, Regional Director of the Homes & Communities Agency and delegates heard from a range of speakers from both the public and private sector.

Responsive sessions:

There was a very practical element to the event, sessions explored how we as a region can respond to the market conditions to deliver not just new homes, but also on the strategic priorities as set out in the new Regional Housing Strategy.
